Design of Courses:

Each lesson is 30 minutes long, with the exception of the first session,

which lasts 45 minutes to include a 15-minute counseling consultation. Ideally, lessons are

scheduled twice daily—once in the morning and once in the afternoon—to provide ample

time for rest and absrption between sessions. In an intensive system, students engage in

two lessons per day over five consecutive days. Depending on the student’s needs, these

intensive weeks can occur back-to-back or with intervals of a few weeks. Maintaining

continuity and repetition in lessons is crucial for effective learning.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation policy below. Please review it carefully before booking or purchasing our services/products.

Clients must notify the Rewire Academy at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

 

Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to fees as outlined below.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee will be charged.

No-shows: The session will be counted as completed, and the full session fee will apply.

If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, it can be rescheduled within a mutually agreed timeframe, subject to availability.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the originally agreed contract period or service term.

If a client decides to cancel a prepaid package of sessions, the following reimbursement terms will apply:

oFull reimbursement: For cancellations made within 7 days of payment, provided no sessions have been used.

 

Partial reimbursement: The cost of completed sessions and any travel expenses incurred will be deducted from the prepaid amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Eligible Refunds:Refunds will be processed within [7 days] after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

At Rewire Academy’s discretion, fees may be waived or reduced in such cases Please contact us directly at [contact information] for assistance.

If travel expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodations) have already been incurred for a canceled session, the client will be billed for those costs, regardless of notice given.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available at the agreed time and location for each session.

 

Rewire Academy is not liable for sessions missed due to client delays, except where prior communication and agreement allow for flexibility.

Travel Policy for Client Sessions within a 150 km Radius.

1. Client Allocation

This policy applies to travel for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 clients within a 150 km radius from the Rewire Academy office.

2. Session Commitment

A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 sessions will be performed in total across all clients within the specified radius.

 

Ideally, each client must commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per day.

3. Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance to optimize travel efficiency and ensure timely service.
Consecutive or back-to-back sessions with multiple clients in a single trip are preferred to minimize travel costs and time.

4. Travel Compensation

Travel-related costs such as driving, train tickets, or other transportation expenses (“travel fees”) will be included in the session fee or billed separately, as per the agreement.

 

Total travel costs will be divided by the total number of lessons and shared among all clients.

 

For travel exceeding 150 km in one direction from the Rewire Academy office, an additional surcharge may apply.

 

One day’s transportation fee will be equivalent to the price of one session.
In addition to transportation fees, if required, food and hotel accommodations will be charged to the client(s).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
